Scope and Contents

The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) on a sit-in srike at the Hotel Lotte in Seoul. Includes scenes of the sit-in strike, the rally before it, and the attack on unionist members. In Korean, no subtitles. On July 18, management met with union members for a 'labor-management consultation.' On August 21, 2000, management and the union sign the contract for Hotel Lotte.
