Scope and Contents
Video by SoCal Library for Social Science Research -- footage from multiple different protests: drywall workers, Justice for Janitors at Century City Mall, Garment Workers Union, and- Hotel Workers Union. Additionally, the whole clip is voiced over by Eve Goldberg who also produced the tape. The tape also has a portion which tells the history of Los Angeles's relationship with labor, unions, and immigrant workers - interviews with Cristina Vasquez (4min), MED (5min) - written by John Laslett (among others)
